August 17 Bulletin Announcements

Flowers For the Sanctuary

Today the flowers are contributed

to the glory of God by

Mary & Michael Byers in loving celebration

of 48 years of marriage

Would you like to add to the beauty of Trinity Worship and honor someone you love at the same time? You can participate in Trinity's program for providing weekly flowers for the sanctuary.  Check the sign-up calendar in the lobby or with the church office for details.

Trinity will have a congregational meeting  today, at 10:00a.m. in the Sanctuary for the purpose of voting on Session’s recommendation to establish the position of Associate Pastor.  This vote will set a process in motion to initiate calling an Associate Pastor.  There are many steps in this process beginning with writing a Mission Study and then a Church Info. Form, as we evaluate Trinity’s directions for a healthy future and as we describe our church for qualified candidates.  Please refer to Pastor Shelley’s article in the Aug. Talking Trinity for more info. on Session’s proactive steps to insure that Trinity will be staffed for our spiritual &  numerical growth.  All members & visitors are invited to this meeting.         Confirmed members have the privilege of voting on this recommendation.
