Silent Auction
Overall Rules and Event Sequences

The Silent Auction will begin at 6:30 p.m.

First Wave (100's & 200's) closes at 7:30 p.m.

Second Wave (300's & 400's) closes at 7:45 p.m.

Third Wave (500's & 600's) closes at 8:15 p.m.

Fourth Wave (700's & 800's) closes at 8:30 p.m.

Wave closings will be announced 15 minutes prior to their closing times.

Each item displayed will have an accompanying bid sheet.

Pay close attention to minimum bids and increment raises. Silent Auction bids will be disqualified if the minimum raise is not sufficient.

When the Silent Auction Wave closes, the highest bidder for each item will be considered the purchaser of the item. An Auction Official will circle the winning bid. Bid Sheets must not be removed from the table.

In the event that 2 or more bidders are still in competition when the wave closes, (each bidder must have at least one written bid on the bid sheet), each bidder will be issued a piece of paper by an Auction Official, on which to write their final bid. The final silent bid must be a specific dollar amount (not “$20 higher than his or hers”). The written bids will be given to the Official who will write the final winning bid on the sheet and circle it. In the event of a dispute, an Auction Official will act as the final authority.

All General Auction Rules apply.
