The Live Auction will begin at 8:00 p.m.

Auctioneers Galen Unruh and Stan McAdoo will auction the items and/or services in the Live Auction.

All sales are final upon the pronouncement by the auctioneer of the name of the bidder, his or her number, or the word “sold.” The auctioneer, whose decision is final, will resolve any dispute over bids.

An Auction Official will record the winning bid number and deliver the contract to the checkout table.

All General Auction Rules apply.

1. Chinese Robe

This beautiful full-length Qing (Ch`ing) Manchu dynasty-style Chinese robe can be yours for the highest bid! The deep blue silk with an all-over gold thread embroidery and Manchu style “horse's hoof” style sleeve cuffs would look magnificent if displayed or worn. Purchased and brought back from China by the donor's family, who were all medical missionaries there 1901 –1941. Never or almost never worn, the garment is in overall good condition. A patch by an expert seamstress has re-attached a few loosened threads. A truly unique antique! Photo Page Added!

2. Week long stay at Pastor Shelley's Vacation Cottage in NY

5. Four Tickets to the Topeka Symphony and Dinner at the Outback Steakhouse

For a most entertaining night, the highest bidder can win four tickets to one of the upcoming concerts scheduled for January 13, March 31 or April 21(Cartoon Classics Concert, Wild West Concert, etc.) of the spring 2007 season – winner's choice.

6. Beautiful Spanish Chair

This is a unique and rare find that you will want for your home. The orange velour fabric cushioning the seat and high back beautifully accents the Spanish style and dark wood of the chair. From Mexico , the chair is used for decorative purposes.

8. Silver Winds Flute Ensemble

Ensemble of musicians who explore the intriguing sounds of ensemble flute playing. At home with various styles of music ranging from classical, folk to contemporary compositions. To supplement the traditional C flute, piccolo and alto flutes are sometimes added. Chose a date and time for your special event and feature a 45-minute performance from the ensemble.

10. K-State Football Autographed by Bill Snyder

K-State alum and college football fans will be fighting over the bid for this! The Kansas State Football Office and Bill Snyder provided this regulation football and certified its authenticity. The only thing that could beat this might be a KU basketball signed by Bill Self!

11. Japanese Woodblock Prints – “Twelve Months of Kyoto ” by Tomikichiro Tokuriki

The donor purchased this set of twelve unique woodblock prints in 1953. Stored in a green art folder, only one print of the set has been displayed. Tokuriki (1902 – 1999) was well known for his beautiful print designs in pastel colors. He represented the 13 th generation of artists in his family.
